Site Rules

By entering and staying on this site, all guests agree to comply with the following terms:


Pets

  • Dogs and cats must remain on a lead at all times.
  • Pet waste must be cleaned up immediately using suitable bags.


Waste Disposal

  • All rubbish must be disposed of in the wheelie bins provided.
  • Only household waste is permitted. Please take any broken equipment home with you.


Fires and BBQs

  • Campfires, fire pits, Chinese lanterns, and fireworks are strictly prohibited.
  • Off-the-ground BBQs are allowed; disposable BBQs are not permitted.


Noise & Vehicle Movement

  • Noise must be kept to a minimum after 11:00 PM.
  • Maximum site speed limit is 5 MPH.
  • Vehicle movement is not allowed between 23:00 and 06:00. If movement is required during these hours, the vehicle must be parked in the designated car park.


Site Etiquette

  • Washing lines are not permitted; camping rotary washing lines are acceptable.
  • Electrical items must be suitable for caravan use.
  • Only one vehicle is allowed per pitch.
  • Vacant pitches must not be used for parking, especially when leaving the site during the day.


Maintenance & Cleanliness

  • Site maintenance such as cleaning or grass cutting may occur during your stay. Guests are expected to accommodate these activities.
  • Caravans, motorhomes, and tents must be in good working order, clean, and presentable regardless of age.


Liability

  • All vehicles, camping units, and belongings are left at the owner’s risk.
  • The site proprietor accepts no responsibility for theft, damage, or injury caused while on the premises.


Prohibited Activities

  • Fitting security cameras on the exterior of caravans or awnings is not permitted, especially if they record public areas.
  • No business operations are permitted from seasonal caravans.
  • Charging of electric vehicles on site is strictly forbidden.
  • Site facilities may not be used without payment of the daily rate.
  • No pressure washers to be used on site ! They effect the water pressure to the washing machine and the boiler on the washing up station , both expensive to repair or replace
  • Abusive language / violent conduct towards staff or other site users will not be tolerated and you will asked to leave .
  • If the police are called to the site due to your unsociable behaviour, you will be asked to leave, we are a family friendly site, any type of criminal activity will not be tolerated .    
  • Working or residential occupancy vans are not allowed.
  • Commercial vehicles are strictly prohibited.
  • Only touring units are accepted.
  • Winnebago, Fifth Wheel, Hobby, Tabbert, Roma, Kabe, LMC, Geist, extra-large vans, etc., are not permitted—even with a pre-booking.


Visitors

  • Guests may invite visitors during their stay; however, the site management must be informed in advance.
  • Visitor vehicles must be parked in the main car park.


Bookings and Entry

  • Advance booking is required for all stays.
  • Management reserves the right to refuse entry or service without explanation.
